  • As per the federal law, CBD oil can legally contain up to 0.3% THC, the psychoactive cannabinoid, whereas hemp oil contains no THC, and State and local laws are authorized to add other regulations to this.
  • Several states have imposed laws over the distribution and manufacture of CBD oil, whereas hemp oil contains no THC and has no such restrictions.
